One month back, I observed and encountered a team conflict. I am part of the project delivery team in my organization. The conflict happened between my team leader and one of eth team member regarding the delivery date. The team leader provided a particular delivery date for the delivery of a project before its deadline for maintaining a great reputation in-front of the client. Although we knew that it was unfair and it was next to impossible to complete the project before the delivery date, still all of the team members prefer to obey the team leader, but one of the team member stated he could not complete within the mentioned date by the team leader and that led to team conflict.
